In Disheng, what kind of testing should be done before the product is shipped?
We measure each dimension by CMM for a precise hole position and perfect fitting on the device screen. The tolerance of our glass protector could reach ±0.05.
The water angle test is made to test the anti-fingerprint effect of the glass surface. The larger the water angle, the better the anti-fingerprint of the glass is. Our glass could reach 110°above before rubbing which is Oleophobic and anti-smudge.
We take 100% full check to the tempered glass appearance to prevent cosmetic defects, such as scratches, damages, poor screen printing, dirt and so on.
Rubbing test is a test method to simulate the anti-fingerprint effect after long-term use by repeat rubbing. The glass surface becomes worn after rubbing and then test the water angle. The test result of our products could reach 110°above.
The ball drop test simulates the situation of a mobile phone falling to test the shock resistance of tempered glass protector. The tempered glass is placed on a hollow wooden base and drops the 64g steel ball at the height of 50cm towards the center of the glass 3 times. Our normal glass is tested in such a condition without any damage. It even could be tested at the height of 150cm for our double strengthened glass.
It is used to test the tempering effect of the glass. The test result of our products could reach 500mpa after tempered at a high temperature for 4 hours.
Generally, because of the scattering of light, the glass transparency would be lower down. We will make a haze test for matte glass to ensure the transparency meeting the standard.
If you want your phone display looks still very clear after installed a tempered glass, the glass transparency must be the higher the better. We promise the glass transparency up to 92% through a strict transparency test.
